If the mechanical engines use the same 5/16" steel supply lines they shuld be 1/8" NPT.

more fuel, constant fuel pressure, better filtration, less expensive filters that last longer,

i had dual hpops on the truck but sold that with the injectors im back to a fairly mild injector that works just fine with a late sd hpop

Is there a block off plate for mechanical pump spot, or you just going to make one?

Cool. Nice and easy.

Doing a big aftermarket pump or stock stuff? Putting a filter back in the valley or just a big pre pump?

im gonna run a stock SD pump, a dahl 150 filter seperator, aeromotive 1006 regulator, im gonna run the filter just after the fuel selector and not have the filter in the valley, the stock pump will do just fine for how much fuel i need right now. plus alot of guys have been having issues with there aeromotive a1000's dying early. thats alot of money for a pump for it to last 6 months or so...ive had a dahl 150 on my truck for about 4 years now and ive always drained my fuel bowl into a bottle to see whats in it and the only thing ive been catching is injector oring goo and fuel bowl crud i havent gotten any water out of there since the dahl has been in and ive drained quite a bit out of it. i think that water seperator works much much better than the stocker. plus the 2 micron filtration, ive been running it year round and havent had it gel up on me i dont have the heated bowl either. got the parts for it in my toolbox just havent put it on.

Sounds good. Thought about taking a bunch of pictures and maybe submitting it as an FTE tech. article? Might be some other folks interested in an electric conversion.

yeah im gonna definately take a bunch of pics and get a full parts list. i think im gonna be in it about $600. i got the pump and y block off ebay and got the rest of the parts from summit racing. beans diesel performance makes a kit for our trucks and it runs about $800 but i like my filter setup better. he uses a stanadyne 150micron primary and a 5 micron final. and the filters run like $30 a piece at napa i had the same filters on another truck i had. and the stainless lines are an upgrade also. but its a complete ready to install kit so you cant go wrong, i just had my little diffrences. but ill definately have it all written up.
