mass air improvements

hey there, i have tryed to search some of the forums on anyone that has done preformance mods to any 96' mass air engines, and i havent came up with much. i have a 96' 351. and i am lookin for info on what people have done to there engine's and or trannys, and what the results are, as in hp ratings, mpg, ect. thanks for any input. this is the best site around for ford trucks!!

The modifcations on any other 351 will net the same results, it doesn't have to be 96 specific. The search function will find several performance mod type threads...
