mine cost me 50 bucks for the tank i removed myself. it has a submerged pump already installed. you just need to plumb from the tank to the old lines make some straps for mounting and wire it and get a fuel pressure regulator. you need the regulator because the pump puts out around 40 psi from the v6 models.
you could open the tank and replace the pump with a section of line and put a sock on it then get a low pressure inline pump to mount outside the tank but you would be better off with the pump in the tank and a regulator. you would never starve for fuel with it.
I yanked both the cab tank, and the two saddle tanks and installed a 55 gallon fuel/tool in the front of the bed. Also made the cab fuel filler go away. Kind of funny to watch the smog guy look for it to check it. the big tank came in handy on my last long trip. That 390 is a little thirsty, so you gotta keep her full.
