Bronco recall
I went to Ford yesterday about my cruise control recall. I had to take it in so they could disconnect my pressure switch. The service writer told me the new wiring with the inline fuse will not be available until Jan. or Feb. now. When I showed the technician that I had updated my pressure switch to the new generation switch he said I was good to go and he didn't have to disconnect my cruise control. The new wiring will still be installed when ever it's available. So for you guys that like cruise control there is an alternative.

Do you know what amp. rating your fuse is? I was going to make up my own connector while I wait for the ford part but didn't know what amp.fuse to use.Was goiong to get a variety pack,start with the smallest and blow fuses until it worked.

This setup doesn't have a fuse, it's just the new generation pressure switch and a harness to plug new pressure switch into the older style wiring harness. The wiring with the inline fuse will not be available until Jan. or Feb.
