About a month ago I sent an e-mail to Ford customer service requesting any info on my 96’ Bronco they could give me. What I really wanted was a copy of the original window sticker for the truck. They replied back and said they couldn’t supply me with a window sticker but with the vin number for my truck they could give me the build details. The info came in the mail today and I thought was very good, especially for free of charge. Way to go Ford!!!<O</O
Here’s what the sheet said for my truck:
Your vehicle was produced on 1/22/96 with the following options:
Bronco 4X4 XLT Package 5.8L EFI 351 C.I.D. V-8 Engine 105” Wheelbase Front License Plate Bracket Full Floor Console 4-speed Automatic Transmission P235/75R15XL BSW A-S Tires Tilt Steering Wheel Speed Control Trailer Towing Package Manual Air Condition Rear Window Defroster Electronic AM/FM Stereo/Cassette/Clock Visibility Light Group Forged Aluminum Wheels Black Fiberglass Roof Power Equipment Group Privacy Glass Electronic Entry Black Clearcoat Exterior Paint Color Super Cooling Package Heavy Duty Battery 3.55 Locking Limited Slip Rear Axle Ratio Driver and Passenger Power Sail Mount Mirrors Cloth Captain’s Chair (Including Power Lumbar) with Opal Grey Interior Trim
Yep, they can give you all that right over the phone too if you really want it. I even got a letter regarding the whole Explorer/Bridgestone tire situation (when that $%^& hit the fan) reassuring me that the tires originally put on my 92 Bronco from the factory were NOT the same tire and if I had any questions I should call. It was followed about a week later with a phone call from Ford Customer Service. All this and I was the THIRD owner of the truck and I had purchased the truck from a little "used car" lot not a Ford dealer.

I found a link on Ford.com for customer service and sent my request to the literature dept. The return e-mail came from crcfordd@ford.com. Hope this helps.
