Speedo cable install?

Just wondering if there is a special way to reinstall the speedo cable? Or should i just slide it back in and tighten it down? Asking because it appears to be a square end on the cable going into a round tube on the cluster side. Thanx in advance.

There's no trick, put it in there straight and tighten it down. If you look way down in the cluster, you'll see the square hole that the cable fits in to.
