the trim on super cabs is identical to regular cabs. with one exception the super cab has a longer rail piece from the door to the back of the cab. lmc sells all of it and the 2 extra pieces for the supercab.
I just looked thru the most current issue of LMC catalog ,and they are not showing the super cab molding ,,only standard cab, short or long bed ,,might have to Ebay it
My truck doesn't have ANY trim. I would like to eventually get the full set of stripes that fit in the groove along the truck.
Looking at the pricing, it seems rather costly, so it's not something I am going to do right now (trying to plan for the future a bit). I'm going to the local pick-n-pull tomorrow though, maybe I'll happen upon a nice rust/blemish free full set for a supercab!
I have been collicting the trim ( i call it the ranger trim "alum with the large rubber down the center). Found a nice set in a yard a few years back and the guy wanted 300.00 for the whole set. Well i passed on it and have been pulling it at the local pull and save ( i only take the nice stuff) and they call it a large molding and i pick it up for 2.99 a peice. I have collected enought to do about 3 trucks or so. So check the yards it is there and can be had very cheap.
i had to pull mine off when i did the body work most pieces were not good enuff to keep ,so i will have to go yard hunting for them ,650$ is too pricey for me and it is never as good as OEM
I went to the junk yard today and to my utter and complete surprise, found the two pieces that are specific to the supercab. 10 bucks :-) No other worth-while trim though.
They are in great shape, dirty as hell, but can be polished. Not bent, rusted or anything! Now I just have to keep an eye out for the rest of the trim because like msb71 said, $650 is just a tad too pricey.
