When the light is blinking there is a code stored in the computer. You need to find someone with a Ford specific scan tool to read the code. Without that all you can do is replace parts at random until you stumble on the problem.
Posting two topics and typing in all caps is a sure way to not get people to answer and to make them a little irritated at you.
Autozone will pull codes for free normally, but make them give you the codes, and don't buy anything from them. Bring the codes home and post them here, then we can tell you what to do. I would suggest being gentle on the driving to/from the zone as well.
I already went to a Ford specific scan tool to read the code and nothing happen , they said that no code was giving , I don't know what to do .
