Powertrax No slip install

Has anyone had a Powertrax no slip installed on there F250 with a 10.5 rear axle. I ordered mine and it should be here Friday. Just wondering if this is something I can install or should have it done?

This goes in the carrier, not replace it.

Do they have a Powertrax for the '04 model year yet? The Richmond gear site lists up to 2000 only..

I put one in my 02 SD, really straight foward install. If you have any mechanical ability at all go for it!

How does the truck perform? Do you notice it locking and unlocking? It is suppose to be quieter then a lock rite.
I helped put one in an older jeep, but that didn't require removing the carrier.

I guess I have the lockright, the cheaper one that doesn't require the carrier to be removed, just replaces the spiders. Works fine, don't notice much noise.
