Brake bleeding at ford
Just wondering does ford service centers bleed brakes the old fashion way by pumping the brake and allowing fluid drip out at the bleed valve or
do they use some kind of a hydraulic method which would give brakes a "firmer" fell?
The reason I ask is that I use those hand pumps but never seem to get that "factory" feel.

My mechanic who was a factory tech at a dealership before he went out on his own recommends the old fashiond bleeding method. He feels that when the bleeder is opened a tiny amount of air enters the system from the outside threads of the bleeders. Doing it with a helper completely seals off any air intake once the bleeder is tightened down.

I have very good success with speed-bleeders, and get close to factory feel.
