Broken Dash Support TSB

Does anyone know the TSB# regarding the broken dash support on the passenger side. I've searched for it on this site but couldn't find it. I would just like to have the number before I go to the dealer.

would this affect 89 F250s? my dash creaks, cracks, and groans anytime i hit a pesudo-serious bump, but i hear it more on the driver side than anything else.

So I picked up a 1994 F250 a few weeks ago, pass side lower dash bracket is broke.
Is this what your refering to?
If so can it be fixed for free?
I had planed on fixing it myself...............
