I have had 3 67 coupes, still have the 1st one I got, has a built 351W/toploader 4spd. The wifes car is a 79 Merc Capri RS converted to a 302/5spd. We just got it painted and will be getting it regeared shortly.
I took delivery on a sonic blue '05 GT a year ago next week, and I had a '69 coupe for a few months before I resold it on ebay. The Rangers and the F-serieses get a LOT more use in New York, though...... Traction Control or not, I hate driving it in the weather.... thats what the 4x's are for!
I have a 67 coupe sitting in my garage that needs to be restored. It was my parents first car and has always been in the family. Just trying to build up the $$ to get it completed (most of it goes to my kids right now). Hopefully should be done by next summer.
I have a buddy that swapped a fuel injected 5.0 into his 67. There are pictures of it in the b-dubs meet section of my photo page. http://mistercmk.com/photos
'86 F-150 and an '83 Mustang vert 5.0 out of a '69 Torino, Newer T-5 5speed, 600 Holley carb, Headers/straight pipes and dumped mufflers paid $300 for it
But Im probably gonna sell the truck pretty soon to buy a Dual Sport bike as a daily driver and use the stang for a fun car
