Well, I starting on this tomorrow. I have most of the steel cut, 1/2 in flat stock, all I need is to finish cleaning the surface and to weld. Does anyone have any advice for me on anything?
One more question, when the truck is on level ground, will the pin hole line up most of the time or is it going to be a pain trying to put the pin back in?

Never heard of this set up before. I was wodering if you use an extended radius arm with this set up. I just installed extended radius arms on my truck and love the extra flex they provide. Do you end up with excessive front wheel hop with this set up and or axle wrap. Also just an observation about the Exploder pictures but it appears to just have a grade 5 bolt in there. Wouldn't this be alittle unsfe on the free way?

I'm just usig a factory arm from a '77. I found a couple of examples of them on a Google search. Everyone has been saying that as long as you have the pin in, it should be the same as a regular radius arm.
