I'm not sure of the spec, but it's pretty high to be sure. I'd guess somewhere between 100 and 200 would be fine. Don't go all crazy with the snipe, that's a waste of effort.

when torquing new u bolts you should lightly coat them with oil and torque them 75-90 foot pounds of torque torquing dry wont give you a true reading. also after you have driven a couple hundred miles retorque them there is such athing as to much torque
