Question In need of a block heater for '96 Explorer

I would like to put a block heater on my wife's 1996 Explorer (4.0 L) and haven't had much luck with the searching I have done so far. Does anyone have any recommendations?

Maybe JC Whitney(http://www.jcwhitney.com), but my best suggestion is to move somewhere warmer
