Engine block heater localisation Explorer 97

Hi everybody,
I have bought Explorer 1997 and I could not find engine block heater. Is it optional in my Explorer or I failed to find it? Could you precisely help me to find it?
Yours

The heater replaced a freeze plug on the passanger side of the block, and the cord runs from it to the grill area.

It is an option, but can be installed afterwards too as I did after I bought the truck.

I would recommend it, it is nice to have instant heat and defrost. I even plug it in when the temps are mild for better fuel economy, the coolant starts out at about 120 degrees.

Thank you for reply. If I should buy one you recommend what kind of symbol of the part I should order.
