Hose replacement???
My '02 has about 80k on it. I am going to flush the system and add a 203 thermostat to it. At what point should I change the hoses. They feel good, but I don't want a blow-out in the middle of nowhere. I do not know when or if these were ever changed, as the truck was bought from a dealer. Any recommended places to purchase from???

A hose is pretty much a hose.
While you have it apart you should consider switching to the dual alternator style upper hose. It routes around the accessory drive belt instead of through the middle of it. Makes it possible to replace ither one without having to dissamble the other.
