Just a couple of points.
Revos are great but they are not severe weather rated as the BF Goodrich TA ko's are.
the BF Goodrich web sit does advertise a 285 75 16 E load range at 3750 pds at 80 psi. As well as the same tire in a D load range at 3305 pds at 65 psi.
As far as the load ranges not being standard, thats true just compare diffrent brands tires in same size and load range and you will see there weight limits will be diffrent.

Finally recived the BFG's, mounted them on the 23rd. They are smooth even at 80 psi.They will throw some rocks and do not pull real well in black slick Fl. mud. Hope they hold up as well as the Steeltex . They went 70,000 miles.
