Dennis, what 1/2 of the cruise control system did you see today??, I don't think he'll have to change columns to get the cruise to work if he got all the rest of the stuff, like I said I took a tilt (non-cruise)column out of a '79 F100 Explorer, and bolted it right into my '78 F150 which had factory installed cruise (fixed column) plugged in put my horn pad with the buttons for the cruise control on the tilt column and everything worked.
I've got a servo bracket for a 460 Truck application if anyone needs it.
BTW someone said they put a column from a van into a pickup....how easy was that??????plenty of vans out there with tilt and cruise!!
