How to install fast idle control?

I know you said that you want to use the cruise control, but I used upfitter switches when I did mine. Bought them off of eBay for $145.00 free shipping and no tax. Found out later it would have been cheaper to just buy two parts, instead of the 'kit' that came to me because I have the OEM brake controller and didn't need the tray.
I used the purple and light green wire for mine and Aux4 of the upfitter switch.
Followed this writeup which is 1000 times better than any I found on the internet.

Do you have the upfitter switches? I just did the same thing on my F250.... There's a terminated wire in a factory taped wire in the area kinda behind where the upfitters would be, at least on the pickups. I believe it was a purple wire. I tied it in to my upfitter, now I idle at 1200 rpms, if the e brake is set and the upfitter is on. There's a YouTube on it, I couldn't post the link though

Never mind me, 99Expy knows what he's talking about, thats a very good link he shared above. the wiring is all different....since the Superdutys had a PTO option, they were set up with these other leads straight off the PCM, the X never had a PTO option, thus no wires. I verified this on my buddies X.
