Question engine block heater

Does anyone know where the cord for the block heater is on a 2006 escape. The window sticker says it has the engine block heater, but i can't find the cord to plug into. We live in wisconsin and i've heard that this is considered by ford one of there cold weather states, and that it should have one. Thanks in advance for any replys and help.

Just a guess, the plug is in the front of the truck, prolly accessible from the air duct underneath the front bumper?? Surprised your dealer didn't show it to you while doing the QC checklist when u bought the truck.
