You mean the blower fan?

Blower motor resistor. Next to the blower.

I tried to tell you what was wrong. The resistor works all the speeds except high.

Most likely as stated it is the blower motor resistor. The same thing should happen when the heat is on. The fan will only work on high. Try it on heat setting too. I do not know where it is located on your truck but the typical location is under the hood next to the blower motor on the heater box. Follow the wires from the blower motor and you will find the resistor. I think it is a 3 wire plug. It looks like a little plate with 1 screw holding it on. The resistors are on the inside side of the heater box so air gets blown across them to cool them off.

Good luck.

That's what I was thinking, but was unsure if there is a resister or a different winding in the motor installed on the truck. Now I know.
