yea, the super duty t-case is rated for more torque than the 205, but it is much more vulnerable because if you hit it on the ground or a rock the aluminum case will crack. PLus you cant twinstick it.
i wish they would hurry up with a lomax 3:1 kit for a ford 205....and have much larger gears like they did for the chevy version

Clock it and run it above a flat belly, no worries from rocks then
I havent beat on a SD T-case, but i beat on BW in my 96F-250 like there was no tomorrow. Dyno proven 620 FT/lbs.... i would assume the SD t-case can take the same beating.
