Headlight problems on 99' F-150
The headlights and tail lights on my 99 f-150 are not working properly. They will not come on when the switch is turned on, nothing works no tail, marker or cabin lights, the daytime running lights work as well as brake lights and turn signals work and the high beams work when the light switch is on, the weird thing is when the truck is turned off the headlights stay on the only way to shut the off is to disconnect the battery. Can anyone help me out with this problem please.

Sounds like the GEM module may have a problem. Your year truck is around the time when they had windshield leak problems. Water will run down the firewall and into the GEM module and also the fuse box, corroding everything up. See if you have any water damage under the dash.
