Headliner material.
I have been contemplating what to use for a new headliner in the Highboy. I have been tossing around some thoughts. The truck has a sunroof so basically my headliner just goes around the glass roof. I have been toying with the idea of using polished aluminum diamond plate. Another idea was engine turned or jeweled what ever you like to call it....stainless sheet. Another idea was to have the local shop diamond stitch some black naugahyde and slap that up there. Anyone else have ideas or comments. No suggestions for mirrors like over your bed!

I wouldn't put any type of metal on the roof, for the simple fact it will cause the interior to heat up more in the summer. Although, in the the winter it would probably retain more heat (once it got warmed up!). I like the black naugahyde idea too, with the diamond stitching.

I just cut one out of plywood. Thin plywood. I do not have a sun roof tho. so far it is working great. I have hung my cb and a digital clock and a few switches to run some of my lights. I am getting everthing installed that I want on it first,then I am going to take it out and put foam on it and glue leather on it with some type on design. If you use thin plywood the chrome still works around the edges.Erv
