Thats wierd. I have a 2005, F-250, FX4 and camper package and DO have a steering stabilizer. Ill have to check the sheet, but i may also have heavy service front springs. It doesnt work worth a damn, but its there. You get a lot of steering wheel 'pull' when going into an angled driveway. A rancho one will fix that.
Did you look real well? Its tucked up there pretty good, not visible from the front of truck.
You wouldnt know you had one from driving it, thats for sure. My old dodge had a rancho one, and you never felt any jerkiness from the wheel. But, im not upgrading a darn thing till its paid off.
