FX4 With No Steering Stabilizer

FX4 With No Steering Stabilizer
I recently bought a 2009 single cab F250 4X4 XL with the FX package and a 5.4 gas engine. I just replaced the shocks but was surprised that the FX package didn't include a steering stabilizer. Does that seem strange to anyone besides me?

The FX4 wouldnt get you the damper, it should be standard.
For the record here is what you get with the FX4 package, in 2009.
I am only listing things that are STANDARD with FX4 and not standard in a lower package. They may be optional in a lower package.
17" Forged Polished-Aluminium Wheels (DRW)
18" Premium Chrome Clad Steel Wheels (SRW)
LT275/70R18 All Terrain OWL tires (SRW)
LT245/75R17 All Terrain OWL tires
Limited Slip Differential (Optional in all other trim packages)
Front cloth captains chairs with center console
Steering wheel black leather wrapped
Visors with driver and passenger mirrors
Bumpers - dark shadow grey with grained top cover
Fog lamps
Grille - body color surround w/ billet style medium platinum insert
Mirrors - Powerscope
Skid plates

Thanks for your help. There are no brackets anywhere for a steering damper which I found strange. The truck drives great without it.
Any recommendation on what to put on since brackets are not present?

I got a Rancho dual stabilizer kit for about $150 online from Rock Auto.
The brakets come with it and bolt in place.
