Try 73-79 F-150s, Bronco, and I don't know about F-250s, but it's possable.
This is a good upgrade to do, I'd like to, but don't see it happening right now.
If you can't find one no matter what I might be able to sell the range box to you(or the whole thing if you want) depending on how much it's worth to you.

Also keep an eye out on ebay. They pop up there quite often though you'll want to make sure it's close enough to pick up in person. The complete 203 weighs almost 200 pounds so it's not something you'll want to ship.
