I hate government intrusion too. The lanlord or myself were not informed before they trespassed on the property I bet they didn't even have a warrant. I think when I talk to them I will ask to see it. I have been thinking deeply about the situation and I am gonna clean up around here as I was planning to do anyway. I am also gonna sand and paint the boat as I was planning to do anyway. After the boat is painted pretty like a new one they can't call it an eyesore. I am gonna request that they show me on the law books where it says a man can't have a jon boat in his yard. I bet they can't.

I talked to the marshall. He actually seemed nice. He said the boat was no problem he has a couple of his own. He said he just wanted me to tidy up a little bit in the brushline. I was asleep yesterday and they talked with my wife. He said he just asked if the boat was mine, he did not mean for me to move it. I guess I need to keep a closer eye out for those stoners that keep leaving there trash behind in my brushline. I have run them off numerous times but they keep coming back. I don't have a problem with stoners I just wish they would smoke in their own backyard or pick up after themselves.
