miss at idle

miss at idle
I have been looking for this miss at idle on my 67 F100 352 for 3 months. I just put new tie rod ends on it and carried it to my mechanic to align it and he didnt have time so I said see if you can find this miss I cant find. He got down and listened to it and decided it was on the right bank and pulled the #4 plug wire off at idle. He said #4 wasnt firing so he went in to get a new plug. He didnt have one for my truck so he switched #3 and #4 plugs. #4 still wasnt firing so he checked all my vacum hoses and they looked good to him so he pinched off the one to the C6 and still had a miss. He then pinched off the one to the power brake booster and no miss. He took it off and pulled a vacum on the power brake booster and it would not hold a vacum so it is leaking, now I need to replace it. He said at idle the with the leaking power brake booster #4 didnt have enough vacum to fire hooked up to the vacum port behind the carb on the #4 intake. Well its fine now but I'd never heard of this and wanted to share it
