2000 Excursion Driver Window is odd.

My drivers door window will go up and down, but if the switch is pushed down the window will go about half way down and stop. If I put my hand on the front of the glass where it turns to begin its angle down and I push pretty hard on it in a downward direction, the front of the window will drop down about an inch as if the front edge was hanging on something. If I keep holding the front edge down like this the glass/motor will go all the way down like a normal car/truck should. Once it is down it goes up like normal. As a note, I do notice that if its raining pretty good the window will go down much faster, and it will go down all the way without my help. Is there some sort of adjustment in there that can be made to get the window to stay flat in the tracks? It seems that the front of the glass is dragging into a position like its doing a wheely...lol. I have never been into a door before, but I assume there is some sort of channel or track, or maybe even rollers that the glass should be riding in....? Maybe its a roller that got dirty and the thing cant roll now?

there is tracks that the window gose down with. sounds like it is comming of track. Take your door panel off and take a look as you are rolling down the window. you will see what is doing then. GL
