My wife got the driver's side window on our 2002 Excursion stuck in the down position. When I press the up botton, I don't get any clicks, gratting sounds or anything. All the other windows work fine. Any idea what it is, or how I can fix it?

If the motors not working in the up position, I would suspect the switch. Pop off the power window/lock panel and check for loose connection or bad switch.
After my personal experience with Ford power window motors (and reading many other threads), I'd suspect a bad window motor. If checking your switch panel doesn't get you anywhere, connect a straight 12 volts from your battery to the wires on your window motor, and see if you get anywhere.
If you want to try out a window motor, I have a brand new remanufactured motor that I bought (and installed, then uninstalled) that I didn't end up needing, as it ended up being my switch that was the problem. I paid $46.99 for it plus a $30 core charge. I'd be willing to give you a great deal on the motor if you'll send me your old one back so I can get my $30 back for the core charge. PM me if interested and we can work out a deal.
