I need to get rid of these parts ASAP as I need room to work in my garage. I don't care if you want the whole things or just parts or what. I'll give in pieces or parts as you'd like. I just need them gone. You have 1 week (unless you arrrange something with me) before this stuff goes out as scrap iron. Here is what I have
239 engine, complete, but non-running. Don't know what is wrong, but its frozen (suspect 20+ years sitting didn't help). Probably a good re-builder
T-98 Transmission. Fully syncronized 4 speed. Had a PTO at one time, but someone got it before I got the truck so the tranny needs a cover or a PTO. The gears look great from the PTO hole, but I haven't spent time looking at it in detail
5.14 ratio Timken rear end. This is a heavy duty rear end. My truck is a '55 F350. It rolls and if you turn the pinion the truck moves, but that is about all I know about it. This does NOT come with leaves or wheels/tires. I might be willing to sell the wheels/tires (tires old w/tubes, but they hold air very well) 17x7
Let me know what you want. Shipping will be on you, if you want it shipped! Expect to pay for a box and FedEx or USPS.
I forgot. I'm also giving away the chrome "teeth" that were on my front bumper if anyone wants it. Also all these parts can be seen in my gallery and I can take more pictures if you need them.
I also have some 48-50 F-3 free stuff that has been in the classifieds for awhile. It includes two front upper fenders which need some work (no inners), one rear fender which needs work, a 4:86 complete rear end with two 16 inch tires and wheels, a pair of 13 leaf rear springs including front hangers and rear shackles, a bench seat, and an early 50s 7 foot Dodge bed. Any or all items can be picked up at my house in Littleton, NH. I am not interested in trying to ship. I will be moving sometime next year and I'd like to see someone use this stuff instead of sending it to the scrap yard.
