Cam ID
I have 2 cams one from a 63 390 with no ford ID and a Ford Motorsports with no Ford ID.I have taken a reading on each lobe in the closed position and then read each one in the open position you should be able to get a good average doing this. Then multiply the difference of these 2 figures by your rocker--1.73 or 1.76 to get valve lift. You mentioned a CWC mark on this cam I have seen this on a lot of cams--Lunati,Ford,cleavite,comp cams and I don't know what this means.
Joel I just took a better look at the Crower I have here. As I said above it has CWC but also is stamped "CROWER" on the end where the number is on yours. It also has the D2 and C3 180 from each other. Oher markings are EP-19, 16* 81 and 07. And on the front face 16331 which is the Crower part number. I'm not sure if the OEM cams had FOMOCO on them or not. I never looked really LOL but most were ID'ed by the color stripe, part number or letters as Bear described above. This might all be a wash but your stampings are very similar to the ones on mine. FWIW, G.
