2002 Ford Ranger Fuel problem

Have a '02 Ford Ranger that every now and then doesnt want to start. If I give it gas or hold on the gas and rev it up some then it stays started. Have put in a new fuel filter and have used fuel injector cleaner...any suggestions?

I would start by testing the fuel pressure at startup and checking for codes.

How many mile on the truck?
