Is the UVC harness problem intermitent?

Is the UVC harness problem intermitent?
I've been having problems lately with my truck cutting out on me. I've replaced the CPM, PCM power relay, and the IDM power relay. I'm ready to check the UVC harness, but would that cause an intermitent cutting out where the the engine won't start again for a few minutes?
