My dad and I recently bought a used 1995 Ford F150 for me to drive. I love it. But there is one problem.
The Max AC Fan makes a weird noise when it's running. The noise is coming from underneith the passenger side dashboard. But the noise does not occur if the ignition is in the "On" position, the engine has to be running. The noise almost sounds like a leaf is caught in the fan chamber. 1) I don't know how to access that chamber, 2) I'm not even sure if that is an issue.
Incase any more information is critical to what is causeing the problem, here are my truck stats.

the fan motor and fan cage come out with three bolts under the hood. When you pop your hood look in the far passenger corner up against the firewall you will see a round thing about 10'' in diameter that is your fan. Take those 3 (maybe 4) bolts out and the motor and fan cage will pull out just remeber to seal it back up when you reinstall it.
