rear speakers

I'm trading out OE speakers for some pioneers and need to get to the rear speakers on a reg cab. Does the plastic door cover just pull off, any tricks? BTW the Pioneers sound great compared to the Ford speakers for any wondering if it's worth it.

There is indeed a screw at the bottom of each door and use caution while removing the panel. those clamps did not enjoy coming loose when I pulled my panel off.
