Blocking diode in factory wiring?

Blocking diode in factory wiring?
Does Ford install a blocking diode so that the trailer will not drain the truck's battery if connected to the trailer wiht the towing package? I have 12 volts at the connector with the switch on, but I'm not sure if the truck's wiring contains a diode to prevent draining the truck battery if left connected. TIA.
