Well, I reckon I'm Redneck. Among other pas-times, I enjoy blastin' away at those little clay pigeons with my 20 guage, or a borrowed 12 guage; while drankin (Root) beer with my buddz. I've even got the Confederate flag on my license plate. Now ain't that high fallutin?
Hell yes I'm a redneck! I have a truck to haul, and pull with.
Not to fit in with evryone else. My hat says PBR not nike. I wear boots'cause the fit in stirrups better, and since I've gotten very use to them. I also have to say I'm a cowboy too. Not because I wear boots and a hat, but because I can ride anything with four legs (and some with two ) I can get up at the crack of dawn and work in the hot sun, until it goes down, my word MEANS something, and the driving force in my life is not money, but builing a home for my family, watching my daughter grow, and loving god and my wife. If that makes unpopluar, or a freak, then so be it. Just leave me alone and let me live my life.
If there were more cowboys and rednecks in the world, then the world would be alot better place.
SHOCKLEY MOTORSPORTS
"If you didn't build it, it ain't yours"
I am not a redneck. I like to play golf, though
I only do it once every two years. Right now all
I do is work at restoring my toys and work in the yard.
I'm proud to be a redneck. If you took away all the rednecks in this country, all you would have left is a bunch of yuppies driving around in their $80,000.00 SUV's and talking to their friends on their cell phones about their money and their golf game. Nothing would ever get done. I went to school with people like that, and they drove me nuts. I'd like to see them try to rebuild a carburator or break their backs for 40+ hours per week just to feed their family. Man,I hate yuppies and cell phones !!
My neck is red,
and my socks are white,
wish I had a 12 pack of Blue Ribbon tonight!
Besides being a Ford truck owner for 26 years, I'm a mounted cavalry Civil War reenactor. I shoot black powder weapons off the back of my horse while chase'in them damn Yankee's!
I worked in the oilpatch for 20 years. (I once traded a Chevron hat to a Texan for a Lone Star Feed hat).
If my porch collapsed it really would kill five dogs.
I must be! I have a wrecked 95 F350XLT CC/DRW PSD that is the donor truck for my 86 F350 CC/SRW 6.9. I recently transferred to England and had to transport a small armory (7 shotguns, 12 Hunting rifles, 15 Semi auto rifles, 10 pistols, 2 competition long rang rifles)to my Folks house From Texas I am a card carrying NRA member even though I think some of Ready Teddys views are out there. Now Iam in England trying to convert the Brits. lol. Any other Gun collectors and shooting enthusiast out there? Give me a shout! I can't have anything except for a shotgun here so I gues my long range and sillouette shooting days are on hold for a few years.
sorry guys, i think i have you all beat. i have already posted a couple times here so im not going to repeat myself, except that my senior prom was last night. now i have seen limos and horse and buggys but no one, not a single sole, until last night has pulled up in a 2000 Kenworth 425 with 13 on the floor with dual crome stacks, dual rear axles. oh my lord, we made the local newspaper with it. lol, now thats a redneck. god i love fords
My feelings on that are, if they're dumb enough to break into your house after a certain hour, and you just so happen to be home. Then they deserve what they get. And that shotgun doesn't even have to be loaded, just rack that sucker back, and they'll leave a stink trail out your front door.
Yes, if everyone can tell I am an avid shooter. I just don't get to the range as much as I'd like to. I have not had to shoot anyone, and hope to never have to. But it's always there as the constant companion.
1988 F-150, SWB, 5.0 EFI (formerly 4.9 EFI), M5OD 5 speed, 3.08 gears, Summit shorty truck headers, Custom built Flowmaster exhaust system. Force 4 LP6000 lightbar, Federal signal PA-300 100 watt siren, Icom IC-V100 50 watt mobile radio.

"And that shotgun doesn't even have to be loaded, just rack that sucker back, and they'll leave a stink trail out your front door."
I don't know which is a scarier sound to a burgler the "Chunk Chunk" of the pump gun, or the "Click Click" of the Hammers coming back on that old side by side 12 ga. (maybe it is the Schlunk ***** of the FAL chambering a round)I would just as soon not here any of the above. lol.
I do love to shoot and collect. mostly I am into long range rifle (Full custom Remington 700VSSF,.308WIN, H&S precision stock, 26" douglass fluted heavy barrel, 15 degree target crown, fully polished bolt, feed ramp, mag follower, Lapped and trued lugs, Lapped bolt face, 2lb trigger, etc.) and .22 pistol. I am into collecting Military semi-autos most anything from WWII on up, all countries.
Yeah, I guess I could say I got an early start on bein' a redneck. I'm only nineteen, and I already own an 86 Grand Marquis (ran well until my sis started drivin' it), a 76 Datsun 710 (up on blocks), a 74 F-250 (rustin' in the back yard until I restore it), and an 89 F-250 (my main transportation). I'm about to join the NRA, and I don't tollerate alot of those folks who don't know the first thing about trucks.
>how many rednecks we got in
>here? what kinda stuff yall
>like to do besides mess
>with your fords ?
>(if there is anything else?)
Argh, sore subject with me...... I'm a sixteen year old Redneck who got transplanted from the south (Florida) to Yankee territory (Connecticut) this past summer.....God do I miss fishing and jacked up trucks. I currently have a 93' Ford F-150 4x4 300 with dual tanks and a long bed. I play around with it for fun. I tinted the windows, put a big ol Ford sticker on the back window, and a Gibson SS exhaust, new kenwood door speakers and CD player. Next will be some lift and bigger tires.........
I like to watch Nascar and go to local races........hang out with the chippee's (girls) in the area and mess with the computer from time to time. But man do i miss fishing everyday after school. I just hope there are still plenty of Reds, Snook, Trout, and Tarpon when i get back
Did i also mention i'm the only sixteen year old that listens to country and classic rock in this state? Long live SKYNRD!!!!!!!!
As you can imagine i have to deal with some criticism. These kids just don't know good music! Nothing better than driving down the road, both windows down, blasting some Hank Jr. and watching everyone stare as you go by!!!!
93' 4x4 300 longbed/dual tanks
Tinted windows, Big Ford sticker in rear window, Gibson Side Swept exhaust, Kenwood Cd player and door speakers (originals got blown up).
