99 Explorer squeak

99 Explorer squeak

The squeak occurs near the rear axle anytime i go over a bump or anything, so I am thinking it is the rear shocks squeaking. Even if I just push down on the rear of the vehicle is whines. I was wondering if this is normal, which i dont think it is, and what exactly would be the problem, and what to replace.

Another thing too, Myfront brakes squeak hooribly, but only in the first minute of driving after starting the car, does that still mean the brakes are bad?

when was the last time you replaced your front brakes? and for the shocks spray a little wd-40 on your shocks if it stops the squeaks then it is your shocks if not might be your bushings on the end links.
