2 cats?

I think my cat(s) are clogged. Running rough, loss of power, sounds like exhaust leak at 2nd one. How to tell if it or they are clogged? NO glowing red like I've read can happen on others posts. Whats best way to cut and and replace w/ hi-flo? Recip saw? Other tips/ideas?

i'd just take it to the shop and have it done, they will need to add a piece of pipe in there to fill in the gap left by replacing two cats with one. Also most good muffler shops have high flows in stock and if thats all you want done it shouldn't cost much
