problem with duplicolor

i have done everything by the directions. i had some surface rust above the wheel well on my 96 bronco. i sanded it down till bare metal then scuffed it and cleaned it with prep cleaner.(all rust is gone) added a skim coat of bondo (had a patch that was replaced) sandewd again. cleaned again. primed with grey krylon rust enamal primer. several thin coats. i then used after proper drying time and wet sanding duplicolor suv paint. next day several small raied "pimples" in paint. not in all spots. now i redid this whole proscess 3 times now and still the samething. i dont know what im doing wrong or if somthing is wrong with the paint or the primer, or maybe the two may not be compatible ? i was told they were and they are both from the same company, well i believe so as the address on the back of both cans are the same.i cant call duplicolor till monday so i was wondering if any one had a clue ?

thanks

so it looks like it wrinkling? is that correct... if it is you paint was not dry enought for the next coat or your putting it in to heavy.

I have had problems with the krylon primer myself.I would sand it all back down to bare metal and use the duplicolor auto primer and wet sand it till it's smooth as a baby's butt.
