Muffler removal????
I have checked around to find someone to install a jumper pipe to stock exhaust to replace muffler. Every exhaust shop only has benders that go to 3" or 3 1/4" at most. Nobody has 3 1/2" that I need. Checked with the diesel shop, etc. too. Any one have any ideas of how to do the muffler removal without going to a full blown after market exhaust???

Just leave it off from the cat back. Only drawback is under the bed gets all black, but I can live with that to save 700 bucks.
I have been looking for a pipe with a 90 degree bend to make it dump out the side though.

I have had the same problem. I think I am going to go to the local towing company or junkyard and find a diesel that is junk. I plan on cutting two elbows and the correct angle, pointing them at each other and welding them to the inlet/outlet of my exhaust where the muffler is and then connecting those with a straight piece.
