Red face Tennessee Chapter Merchandise

We need to do something to get this chapter going, organized, & reconized.

So i'm considering getting items printed for the Tennessee FTE Chapter, Something similiar to what the Kansas Chapter has done & with only the approval from the Webmaster (KEN) on logo designs and such.

I have been looking into prices of doing this lately. Not only for this idea, but for my kids School programs. To do this, is not real cheap but the more you purchase the cheaper it gets. Most screen printers require a minimun order ranging from 100 of the same item & up.

If I can get Ken to approve the use of the FTE logo with changes to reconize Tennessee I will probally front the money to get some items printed IF THE DEMAND IS THERE!

The following items seem reasonable to print...

Hats
T-Shirts
Buttons
Can & Bottle Coolers (coozies)
Can Lids
Coffee Mugs
Travel Mugs
Key Chains
Mouse Pads
Stress *****
Bumper Stickers

And maybe Custom Calendars featuring all 12 months. Each month jan-dec will feature a FTE TN Chapter members truck. The cover will feature the FTE national truck of the year.

These are just some ideas. Nothing gaurenteed. Throw me a bone & express your opinions.

Or it could be a generic calander that shows different years & models of Ford Trucks?

I do like the idea of a contest though. I didn't put much thought into it, but alot of people may feel left out & have hard feeling if just a few trucks were selected.

Just to let people know. I am working on a store front that will allow us to buy imprinted items directly from the printing company.

No minimum items to purchase.

Just wanting to find out what the demand is & they do have mose of everything I have listed up & other things.

Can't quite do much unless we have a Chapter Logo though.

I'd buy a hat or a tshirt. Post the prices & I'll let you know what I want. I would buy a bumper sticker too.

I'm still feeling out to see what the interst will be.

We need a Chapter logo first & then to get the lowest costs from the screen printers we have to buy in bulk.

There is no reason for the Chapter to spend hundreds of dollars if there is going to be a loss.

The more we show - the more interest.

Count me in for a shirt, if we can come up with a logo.

I still think action shots of off road trucks will draw best...

In fact - I was thinking of a local group named:

"MUDDER TRUCKING"
FORD TRUCKS

But that might seem rude to some....

There are interested people just looking for a place to meet other Ford truck owners. We just need to let them know FTE exist. Lets get a logo picked so we can advertise the site. I get lots of questions about the stickers from another club I belong to & have recruted members with them. I need some FTE stickers on my truck for the same reason. I'll promote this site to anyone I can. I like the great info I've found on this site. The people I've met online here seem like good folks. I'm looking forward to making the Tn chapter well known by next yrs KC meet.

Well we could start with small items that would be cheaper to print without a major loss & build from there.

But before we can get things going with promoting, we have to get a Chapter Logo & go from there.

There is a thread about a Chapter Logo & as many suggestions we get would be considered.

If we get just some shirts and hats going around - it will give us a heck of a lot of credibility and VISIBILITY.

It will also let the people that are kinda lost out there a heads up on where to go for REAL information about their truck!!!

I got a Ford van for daily driver, would be nice to see it in a calander.

BTW, the Traders Post paper has a section for club events, it's free, that would get attention for those in parts of TN that recieve it.
