1-2 shift fork...
The truck is a 93 f150 w/ 5 spd manual. The problem was no first or second gear, after pulling the trans I see the 1-2 shift fork is worn out. Everything seems to work ok in the tranny, the gears and syncros all look good and seem to work properly. I need to replace this 1-2 shift fork and would like to find a more affordable source than the dealer if anyone has a source for me? Also I'm not sure of the model of the trans, would it be a M05R2? And who makes it? Anything else I should be checking before I put it back in? Thanks!

I've found a 1-2 shift fork for a M5R2, Mazda built transmission is this what I have??? The #'s on the tranny are F2TA / KA / B105013 Need some help here pls!!!! Need to get this back on the road asap...
