I am doing a backyard overhaul on the 67 F100,The block was previously bored 030 and crank 010.
Would like to do something on a 300 or 302 later when I have enough spare $ to do it right.
I have cleaned thing up(engine out) cut ridge out and honed clylinders.have new mains in and crank set.Need torque on main,rods and head.I hope to re-use pistons,have done in on gas tractor engines,how do yall fell about that?I thought they were alum. but not sure,they are not cast.
