Need help.

I have a 89 F250 7.3L and have encountered a problem. There is a massive crack on the bracket that holds the clutch pedal, brake pedal, and steering column. It is what seems to be cast aluminum. Does anyone know what this part is called? Is this a common problem with this truck? Is there any way to patch it up without replacing the whole thing (if it is replacable)? Thanks.

Take it to a metal works shop and have them make you a better one. I don't think ford stocks that any more or go to the junk yard.

Actually I went to Ford today and bought the part ($83) and the bushings. It took about three hours to fix and everything is working perfectly again. Thanks for the reply.
