I was just curious to know if anyone knows where I can download a free online manual for my 77 F100? I had some shift linkage problems 3 on the tree "wont go into reverse or 1st unless I slam it in... I dont have the truck at my house to take a look at it .It is about a 3 hr drive away so I looked at my moms 73 F100 and I am not sure if it the same setup but I can see where I would need to adjust on the 73... but is it the same on the 77? If anyone knows this please email me! Thanks ~
You can buy a CD replication of the manual here. It is not sophisticated but it is an accurate reproducton of the manual (I have one). You can buy the manual(s) on eBay almost anytime. I don't think you will find a freebie. You can, however, post the issues here and probably get lots of help including photos.

The money spent on manuals is probably the best bucks you can spend on your truck. I have OEM, Haynes and Chilton's for my truck and find all of them useful. The OEM manuals sold here on CD would be very useful to you.
Thanks for using FTE!
