Assuming that's a KOEO 67, a KOEO 67 is almost always a result of running the KOEO test with the transmission (manual) in gear, and, thus, probably doesn't have anything to do with the bad idle. Repeat the KOEO test, being sure to put the transmission in neutral. If the KOEO 67 isn't resolved, then check the neutral position switch and circuit to make sure it is intact.
Since you don't list any other codes, can I assume that it "passed" the memory portion of the KOEO test? Have you run the KOER test?
This could turn into a case where the EEC-IV computer isn't seeing the problem, and we'll have to work from there.
